Program
Community Play is an invitation to embark on a creative and inclusive journey into action. In partnership with a variety of different local initiatives, we invited residents to become an active part of the transformation in our city. Through the revitalization of this long-neglected space, we aim to redefine how we perceive public areas and show the immense potential of such unused places for our society. Our vision is an accessible and human-centered space that promotes independent culture through temporary space use and creates non-commercial spaces.
Tuesday
Tuesday was all about the discovery and development of this area that has lain dormant for decades. We invited residents to become part of the change and to join us in a Clean-Up, Urban Furniture Workshop, and our CicloCinema evening.
Saturday
Saturday was an inspiring window into alternative futures. During this day we showcased different uses this area can host and gave room for local initiatives to create. Our Non-conference was the launchpad for a platform where we build a stronger, more connected urban society and layed the foundation for future ideas. Together we created a vibrant lineup of concerts, talks, poetry, performances, engaging workshops, fun games, delicious food and drinks, ice cream, art, clothing swaps, flea markets, and so much more. Join us on this exciting journey to transform Bolzano into a more vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable community.
NON-CONFERENCE
